Leon Axford
Leon founded Axford Auctions to give agents a genuine edge on auction day. He calls more than 700 auctions a year across Sydney's Upper North Shore, North-Western Sydney and beyond, and was named REINSW Auctioneer of the Year after a runner-up finish at the Australasian Auctioneering Championships. Agents bring Leon in for his composure under pressure and a clearance rate that consistently beats the broader market. Off the rostrum, he works alongside agents throughout the campaign as a sounding board on strategy, reserve setting and buyer feedback.

Jack O'Connell
Jack has been calling auctions since 2008, building a reputation for a commanding, composed style that keeps buyers engaged and bidding with confidence. He has worked alongside many of Australia's highest-performing agents, including multiple AREC speakers and REI award winners, and was a finalist for the RER Network Australasian Auctioneer of the Year. With more than 15 years across residential and commercial campaigns, Jack partners with agents to extract maximum value from every auction, adapting his approach to suit the property, the crowd and the conditions on the day.
