Big statistics this month for Axford Auctions
The clearance rate rose to 83%, our average bidders is steady at 5 per auction but we saw an increase in bids per auction up to 17.
There has been an increase in properties selling prior to auction showing us that buyers are looking to pay a premium to avoid competition at auction.

Our highlights this month were:…
Most Bidders – 14 Quakers Road Marayong marketed by Mark Sargent of Starr Partners Blacktown had an incredible 22 bidders register to bid the home sold for $665,000 – Auctioneer Leon Axford

Most bids – 6 Alfred Place South Turramurra marketed by Patrick Goode – Soames R/E 65 bids were placed at this 9am auction thriller ultimately selling for $1,838,000 – Auctioneer Leon Axford

Our highlight auction for the month of April has to go to 9 Jordan Close Mount Colah a new suburb record was set for a gorgeous family home. Proudly marketed by Steve Noakes – Ray White of Ray White Hornsby Selling for $1,550,500. – Auctioneer Leon Axford
